Background
Huib Baetsen completed his bachelor’s (2022) and master’s (2026) degree in Applied Physics at the Delft University of Technology. During his studies he focused on signal analysis in a broad range of applications ranging from fuel cell control systems to neutrino telescopes and ultimately medical imaging. In July 2026, Huib joined the Computational Imaging Group as a PhD student under the supervision of Stefano Mandija and Nico van den Berg. His research is aimed at the development of Electrical Properties Tomography methods.
